Scoville Memorial Library recently issued the following announcement.

This is a gentle practice. Have a yoga mat or something similar so you’ll be comfortable sitting, kneeling, and/or lying down on the floor. This will be appropriate for beginners. Wear comfortable clothing. The class will finish by 8:55. Meditation begins at 9 in the same Zoom room and you can join or not, as you please.
