On Friday, March 7, former Cheshire High School standout Trinadey Santiago’s current college team, the St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans, lost 11-3 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Southwest Minnesota State Mustangs.

The game took place at Legends Way Ballfields. This was their first matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Spartans’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 4:15 p.m. at Legends Way Ballfields against Edinboro Fighting Scots.
