Public Auction of Evicted Household Goods | New Canaan Connecticut
Public notice of Auction of Personal Property pursuant to C.G.S. § 47a-42
The public at large is invited to participate in an auction of household goods that is in possession by the Town of New Canaan. The auction shall take place rain or shine on Tuesday, December 27, 2022 at 10:00AM at Fitts Moving and Storage, 415 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford CT 06902.
The bidding shall be for the entire lot of the property. Bidders shall be prohibited from bidding on individual items. All items will become the possession of the highest bidder. Property to be sold as is and sold without or representation of any kind as to its condition or title. It will be the responsibility of the highest bidder to immediately remove all possession from the property at 415 Fairfield Avenue, Stamford CT 06902.
