Join Kimiye for an hour long vinyasa flow yoga class on 1st Wednesdays of the month.
Drawing from her yoga, dance and pilates training, Kimiye aims to get your body opened up, centered and feeling strong. Bring a mat and towel. All levels are welcome.
This class is free of charge but a suggested donation of $10 is encouraged with proceeds benefitting a the Center for Human Development (www.chd.org)
Kimiye Corwin studied ballet and modern dance at the Juilliard School (BFA) and danced professionally with the Jose Limon Dance Company for five years before turning her focus towards acting for stage and film. She earned her MFA in Acting at Brown/Trinity and received her yoga teacher certification from the Laughing Lotus studio in NYC. Kimiye has performed in theater, tv and film in New York and at various regional theaters. She is currently on faculty at the Stella Adler Studio/NYU, teaching movement to undergrad acting students. She, her husband and her two daughters are residents of Roxbury. www.kimiyecorwin.com
