The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Jahana Hayes, Friends of Jahana Hayes, refunded $2,900 to Peter Kellner on Aug. 30, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Friends of Jahana Hayes has refunded $31,400 total since March 1.
