On Saturday, March 29, former Watertown High School standout Sophia Angiolini’s current college team, the Southern Connecticut Owls, won 7-5 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Molloy Lions.
The game took place at Pelz Field. This was their second matchup against the Lions this season.
The Owls’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 2 p.m. at Pelz Field against Assumption Greyhounds.
